Clothing Repair Concessions

Sojo Opens Permanent Repair Concession at Selfridges

London-based clothing repair platform Sojo has opened its first permanent concession at Selfridges, marking a significant step in the department store's "Reselfridges" initiative to promote circular fashion. Located on the third floor, Sojo offers on-site tailoring, alterations, and repairs, aimed at extending the life of garments and encouraging sustainable fashion practices.

Following a successful pop-up last summer, Sojo now provides a range of services, from hemming and waist adjustments to more complex repairs like zip replacements, denim patching, and knitwear mending. Customers can book appointments or opt for walk-in services to refresh and restore their much-loved pieces.

The launch aligns with Selfridges’ ambitious 2030 sustainability goals, which include having 45% of transactions come from circular products or services such as repair, resale, and rental. Sojo’s permanent presence at Selfridges supports this vision, offering customers convenient access to high-quality, sustainable garment care.
