Cos Unveils Two Stores in Stockholm and Mexico City

Many brands are striving to open sustainable fashion stores in a bid to appear eco-conscious and caring about the environment. Most recently, popular London brand COS—known for its elegant and sophisticated designs—opened two new sustainable fashion stores in Stockholm and in Mexico City. The retail destinations clearly "exemplify [COS'] commitment to sustainable building and circular design."
The Stockholm flagship store, in particular, showcases a significant reduction in CO2 emissions through thoughtful design choices. By focusing on circularity in material selection and design strategy, COS has made substantial progress in lowering its environmental footprint. The emphasis on recycling waste, such as turning quarry waste into terrazzo tiles and repurposing waste yarn for rugs, reflects a responsible approach to resource utilization.
