Burberry Partners With My Wardrobe HQ to Launch Second-Hand Rental Service

British luxury fashion label Burberry has teamed up with My Wardrobe HQ, a company specializing in luxury brand rentals and second-hand sales, to launch its own rental service. The initiative contributes to Burberry's efforts to become a more accessible and sustainable brand moving forward.

The new service will be fairly straightforward to use. Shoppers will have the opportunity to rent or buy second-hand Burberry clothes through a branded My Wardrobe HQ portal. Rentals will be offered for either four, seven, ten, or fourteen days. In addition, shoppers will have the opportunity to purchase the piece at the end of their rental period.

"Our partnership with My Wardrobe HQ is complementary to our broader strategy to become climate positive by 2040, supporting the principles of a circular economy for luxury", said Pam Batty, Burberry VP of corporate responsibility.
