Upcycled Luxury Fashion Accessories

Luxury fashion brand Coach launched two new sustainability initiatives, Coach (Re)Loved and Coach Vintage, which will sell upcycled and restored Coach products. Coach (Re)Loved offers "upcrafted" Coach bags that have unique, exclusive designs adorned with fashion accessories such as pins and patches. The Coach Vintage program, which is currently in development, will sell gently-used Coach bags restored to their former glory by leather repair expert Deborah Barros. The refurbished bags are sourced from Coach's Repair Workshop.

Both of these timely initiatives help address sustainability issues in the fashion industry, appealing to eco-conscious consumers, while reinvigorating Coach's fashion line. The visual upgrades add narrative and character to the older Coach bags, granting them an extended life and making the old new again.
