Sustainable Custom Luxe Homes

Bogota-based design studio GA Arquitectura y Construcción works together with Schenkar Luxury Homes to create a monolithic structure resting at the top of a cliff in Guatape, Colombia. It rests about 6.200 feet above sea level and is full of premium components. The home features five comfortable bedrooms with four bathrooms and other amenities such as a media room and an office. The outdoor space has a 2,000-square-foot deck and the home delivers captivating panoramic views of the sea. The modern home is defined by its premium engineering with a sustainable mindset approach. Schenkar thought it was important to highlight hand craft details to the space, with floor plates and glass wall links at the interior and concrete, Colombian stone, steel, and more at the exterior.
