St. James Point is a Cayman Islands resort that manages to stand out from the plethora of resorts on the exotic tropical island because of its focus on respecting the sensitive environment in which it is located.
Designed by TEN Arquitectors after being commissioned by Beach Bay Land Limited, St. James Point is designed to exist in harmony with the landscape. Its construction will take into account air and water quality considerations as well as noise levels.
St. James Point is an ambitious project that is setting out to prove that luxury accommodations can contribute to the protection of their local environment and heritage, and that luxury and environmental harmony can go hand in hand.
