Upcycled Ingredient Pizza Doughs

This Upcycled Pizza Dough has been co-developed by Upcycled Foods, Inc. and DeIorios Foods, Inc. as a product that makes use of ingredients that might otherwise go to waste. The dough is formulated with a proprietary blend of ingredients including ReGrained SuperGrain+ that's reported to deliver impressive nutritional benefits with robust flavor and an authentic sustainability story. The ReGrained SuperGrain+ utilizes spent grain from the beer brewing process that delivers at least 3.5-times the dietary fiber and two-times the plant-based protein when compared to whole grain and white flours.

The Upcycled Pizza Dough is being offered now for foodservice operators to order and identifies how we could see legacy recipes elevated going forward with sustainability and nutritional benefits in the spotlight.
