This Upcycled Pizza Dough has been co-developed by Upcycled Foods, Inc. and DeIorios Foods, Inc. as a product that makes use of ingredients that might otherwise go to waste. The dough is formulated with a proprietary blend of ingredients including ReGrained SuperGrain+ that's reported to deliver impressive nutritional benefits with robust flavor and an authentic sustainability story. The ReGrained SuperGrain+ utilizes spent grain from the beer brewing process that delivers at least 3.5-times the dietary fiber and two-times the plant-based protein when compared to whole grain and white flours.
