Upcycled Cacao Bites

In the process of making chocolate, cacao fruit is usually discarded after the cacao beans found within are used to create the rich, flavorful base for various chocolate products—but Gudrun's Cacaofruit Bites are a new Belgian chocolate product that gives new life to this overlooked ingredient. Based on the principles of upcycling, Gudrun created an exclusive new treat that helps to repurpose an ingredient that's usually destined for waste streams.
