Edgewell Personal Care is introducing men's and women's disposable razors with recycled plastic razor handles. As part of the company's Sustainable Care 2030 strategy, brands like Skintimate and Skintimate are incorporating up to 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic.

To encourage responsible disposal of the products at the end of their life, the company is offering a new program as an alternative to curbside recycling programs, since razors are not often accepted due to the nature of the products. The program encourages environmentally minded consumers to package their used razors, download a free return shipping label and send the razors to the company. With the help of a third-party company, the program will see that "all returned Xtreme, Skintimate and Quattro disposable razors will be recycled into new products."
