Beauty Product Recycling Programs

For environmentally minded consumers, the way products are packaged is just as important as the efficacy of formulas and Bliss is partnering with TerraCycle so that its personal care product packaging is nationally recyclable in the United States. With the Bliss Recycling Program, consumers can send in their Bliss personal care products and packaging—including everything from pumps, sprays and packets to tubes, jars and pouches. On TerraCycle, prepaid shipping labels can be claimed to return packaging waste. Once collected, the materials are cleaned and melted into hard plastic that can be reused in new recycled products.

As an incentive to get customers recycling, Bliss is offering points to collectors so that they can support a non-profit, school or charitable organization of their choice.
