Roberts Beauty Partnered with Oceanworks to Reduce Plastic Use

Roberts Beauty has announced a partnership with Oceanworks that's targeted towards keeping plastic out of waterways as part of a wider shift towards more corporate social responsibility. The partnership has seen the removal of 100,000-pounds of plastic waste destined for the oceans and is also focused on increasing overall access to post-consumer recycled ocean-bound plastics for brands. The initiative is positioned as a model that could help to shape the expectations of consumers on what companies are doing to combat plastic waste on an upstream level.
