These new Me-at products from the Netherlands-based brand have been introduced to provide consumers with pant-based meat options that are inspired by classic German recipes. The products include the meatloaf-inspired Leberkäse, Nürnberger-style sausages and the mixed meat roast-inspired Sauerbraten, which are each crafted with plant-based protein ingredients and boast impressive fiber content. The items respond to demand for vegan-friendly food products that have a sense of heritage to them as more consumers shift towards meat-free alternatives.

Business Development Manager, Plant-Based at brand owner Vion Food Group spoke on the new Me-at products saying, "Our food designers have now ‘reinvented’ three true classics specifically for the German palate.
