Feadship Unveils the Project 821 Hydrogen Superyacht

Feadship, a renowned Dutch shipyard known for its luxury yachts, has achieved a groundbreaking milestone by introducing the world's first hydrogen-powered superyacht.

Equipped with cutting-edge hydrogen fuel cell technology, the Project 821 superyacht is paving the way for a new era of emission-free cruising and silent operation. The hydrogen fuel cells onboard can sustain a whole week of silent operation while anchored, demonstrating the potential for extended periods of eco-friendly yacht usage.

When pure hydrogen is unavailable, the yacht seamlessly switches to MTU generators powered by HVO biofuel. The superyacht's advanced energy management system further enhances efficiency by optimizing power usage onboard.

With an elegant and modern silhouette, Project 821 boasts five decks above the waterline and two below, offering unparalleled luxury and comfort to its passengers. The yacht's design also incorporates many hull openings, including 14 balconies, five shell doors, and seven fold-out platforms.
