Eco-Friendly Aviation Startups

Ecojet is an innovative and potentially revolutionary aviation startup, dreamed up by none other than well-known green energy entrepreneur Dale Vince, that is being set up with the mission of being able to reinterpret regular aircraft into eco-friendly and hydrogen-electric-powered planes.

Created by Vince in collaboration with pilot Brent Smith, this novel aviation startup will revolve its work around retrofitting and upgrading existing conventional aircraft.

"Once converted, the aircraft will operate with the same power output as before, but with a one-hundred percent reduction in CO2 emissions," stated a press release from the nascent aviation startup.

Ecojet is planning to incorporate sustainability into other faces of its in-flight experience, with its planned domestic flights aiming to offer flight meals that are strictly plant-based and don't involve the use of single-use plastic cutlery or vessels.
