Hudson's Bay's Recyclable Cards are Made from 30% Post-Consumer Materials

Hudson's Bay is introducing an eco-friendly gift card program with personalized digital gift cards and new FSC-certified physical cards that are made with 30% post-consumer materials and Green-e certified electricity. The plastic-free holiday gift cards can be loaded with $10 to $5,000 and they promise to be as high-quality and durable as their PVC predecessors. With festive designs, the recyclable gift cards are fit for shoppers who want to give gifts that are as thoughtful as they are environmentally responsible.
Knowing that consumers are making more sustainable choices, Hudson's Bay says that it is "phasing out all PVC gift cards and moving forward, will only offer paper or digital gift cards to be used at Hudson's Bay and on thebay.com."
