We know the problem

Eco-design company (re) x created a sustainable hanger that makes the most of 100% recycled plastic collected from the oceans. Since there are billions upon billions of plastic hangers that are discarded every year, along with millions of other kinds of plastic products, these hangers introduce a more sustainable swap that can be introduced into daily life.

The completely recycled hanger made from recovered ocean plastics helps to tidy up South Africa by removing post-consumer and post-commercial plastics from the waste stream.

The new hanger made from 100% recycled, ocean-bound plastic was recently named Best in NY NOW Show in the sustainability category by the New York chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association.
