Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) is complex

Over the last few months, there's been an increase in online shopping as brick-and-mortar stores faced temporary closures and it's become apparent that more sustainable ecommerce packaging solutions are necessary. The Better Packaging Co. makes mailers that are not only compact but also partially made from plants, reusable at least a few times and compostable. Although the brand recognizes that it's solution isn't totally circular, it helps to offer a better solution than plastics that are difficult to recycle. The Better Packaging Co.'s comPOST Range is made with 100% biodegradable and compostable materials, including corn starch, PLA—a bio-based material synthesized from corn—and PBAT.

Composting the mailers is easy, as they can be added with food scraps and garden waste.
