In a new development, the HC Companies is integrating an average of 50% recycled content, with a minimum of 10% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) content, across all the brand's horticultural containers.

This initiative ensures that sustainability is embedded throughout the brand's entire portfolio. Furthermore, the HC Companies are committed to obtaining credible third-party certification to provide customers with full transparency regarding their supply chains.

In addition to their focus on PCR content, The HC Companies offers a comprehensive selection of eco-friendly growing containers to cater to diverse customer needs. These include innovative solutions such as biobased materials, compostable plastics, and microplastic-free options, exemplified by their Ecogrow and BioPax product lines.

Thanks to this update, companies are now able to easily meet the regulatory requirements surrounding plastic without issue.
