Sustainable Crisp Bags

The British Crisp Co. Debuts the First Fully Recyclable Paper Crisp Packet

The British Crisp Co. is launching the UK's first entirely recyclable bag for crisps, aligning with government regulations while allowing consumers to dispose of waste properly. The development of this new paper packet resulted from a collaborative effort between the brand and flexible packaging specialist Evopak.

The new bags utilize Hydropol, a material that maintains the freshness of the crisps with the help of a skinny layer of vacuum-deposited aluminum. This added material does not compromise the recyclability of the packets. It can be recycled alongside other paper materials, making it convenient for consumers to contribute to sustainable waste management practices.

Hydropol is also non-toxic and marine-safe, making it a reliable solution for modern packaging needs.
