The 'Base Plastic' Project by Binsar Priandika is Functional

The 'Base Plastic' project has been designed by Binsar Priandika as a range of products for outdoor spaces that are ready to withstand years of use thanks to their durable yet recycled construction. The products come in the form of hexagonal units that fit together to achieve a cluster of seats and/or planters, which makes them well-suited for outdoor public spaces. Each of the components are achieved using plastic water bottle caps, which would enable the furniture pieces to easily withstand exposure to the elements.
The 'Base Plastic' project is achieved using thousands of plastic caps and identifies what can be done to keep post-consumer waste out of the landfill. The naturally resilient form of the material also makes it well-suited for high-traffic pedestrian spaces.
