Upcycled Fashion Waste Furniture

London's Pentatonic design studio sees the vision of turning recycled fashion waste into premium crafted furniture -- which is how the New Clothes range was born. It was founded by Johann Bödecker and Jaime Hall, who were both former employees of fashion retail giants such as Nike and Levi's. The latest series of goods constructed from fashion waste is entitled 'New Clothes' and is comprised of pieces such as the label's iconic AirTool chairs, pillow cases, and hangers.

All of the pieces are created from upcycled fashion waste such as unwanted clothes and manufactured scraps turned into usable fabric materials. The pillows were created in collaboration with Bonotto, an Italian textile label which also implements a jacquard patterned fabric constructed from wasted bottles. There is a pop-up located in The Supermarket, a Parisian art gallery, with the items available for purchase as well. Elsewhere, the New Clothes collection is available for purchase online at Pentatonic.
