Levi's Icons Re/Outfitted is a new project that's unfolding in partnership with creative agency The Visionary Lab to remix the look of Vitra chairs with discarded denim. Denim's reputation as a durable and fashionable material makes it a choice that not only adds a touch of style but also has the potential to stand up to the rigors of everyday use. In these designs, products from Eames, Panton and more are refreshed with repurposed pieces from Levi's.

For this project, fashion designer and textile artist Sophie Cagniart breathed new life into Charles & Ray Eames’ Plywood Group LCW Chair with Levi's 501 jeans, which are celebrating their 150th anniversary this year.

With Icons Re/Outfitted, Levi's emphasizes: “Waste isn’t waste until you waste it.”
