Levi’s x Crocs Upcycles Fabric Into One-of-a-Kind Footwear Designs

The latest Levi’s x Crocs collaboration was made possible with Japanese denim artisan Proleta Re Art, who upcycled deadstock denim fabric to create truly unique All-Terrain Atlas clogs. For promotional purposes only, just 60 pairs have been made and they give new life to fabric that "had been stored at Levi's office for years" according to Proleta Re Art.
Specifically, these one-of-a-kind footwear designs make the most of scraps from the closed Cone Mills White Oak factory—a partner of Levi’s for 112 years and the last surviving selvage denim mill in the United States, which shuttered its doors in 2017.
Alongside the sporty, gungy clog designs, there are also bags that have been created from colorful denim offcuts.
