Avebe has partnered with biotechnology company ChainCraft to turn potato juice waste into valuable, sustainable products. This partnership uses ChainCraft’s innovative fermentation technology to convert residual potato juice into high-demand fatty acids and fertilizers, which are key resources in agricultural and other industrial applications. Notably, these sustainably sourced products can help reduce reliance on conventional chemical inputs, offering a cleaner, circular approach to product lifecycle management.
