Ex-Cycle is a new and free event in SoHo offering the perfect way to part ways with an ex’s clothing. This new pop-up event allows consumers to choose sustainable practices by upcycling old pieces into a new garments.

Hosted by Tinder, the event kicks off on March 22 at 3:30 p.m. at 20 Orchard St. and is open to the public. The only entry requirement is that consumers must bring an item of clothing that once belonged to their ex partner. At Ex-Cycle, attendees can symbolically shed the past by swapping unwanted garments, receiving personalized styling advice, and even transforming old pieces into one-of-a-kind fashion statements through creative customization.

The event is a collaboration between Tinder and upcycling designer Sami Miro, and blends sustainability with self-reinvention.
