The ECO Rx is a new collection of upcycled lingerie and loungewear from female-founded Hanky Panky and it is focused on helping people reduce their carbon footprint, comfortably, during Earth Month. Using Lenzing's pioneering REFIBRA technology, the ECO Rx collection makes the most of upcycled cotton scraps from pre- and post-consumer cotton waste which are then transformed into cotton pulp. In fact, the environmentally responsible designs are made with a combination of 30% upcycled cotton and 70% wood pulp. The styles for daily wear include everything from thongs and long-sleeve tops to shorts and jogger pants in purple, peach and classic black colorways.

The launch of the ECO Rx collection goes along with the revitalized Lingeriecycle program, which allows consumers to "break up with their old intimates by responsibly recycling them."
