Fully-Electric Tractor Heads

Mober Released the First Electric Tractor Head in the Philippines

Mober, a leading green logistics service provider in the Philippines, has introduced the country's first fully electric tractor head truck. This new addition to their fleet is designed to enhance sustainability in the logistics sector. The electric tractor head truck boasts an 18-ton payload capacity and can travel up to 220 kilometers on a single charge of its 282.6-kilowatt battery. It can be fully charged in two hours using a 120-kW fast DC charging station. The vehicle offers instant torque, quiet operation, and regenerative braking, contributing to reduced environmental impact and improved efficiency.

The introduction of this electric tractor head aligns with Mober's goal of expanding its electric vehicle fleet to 500 units by the end of the year. By operating a fully electric fleet, Mober aims to eliminate tailpipe emissions, improve air quality, and support the transition to sustainable transportation solutions. The company's commitment to green logistics is further demonstrated by its proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), which optimize battery health and delivery routes to minimize energy consumption and emissions. This initiative positions Mober as a leader in promoting sustainable commercial logistics in Southeast Asia.
