This imaginative public art project in London's parks features life-sized elephants. To explore how humans can better live alongside animals and the larger ecosystem, two nonprofits, CoExistence and Elephant Family, installed nine herds of roaming elephants throughout the city.

The herds make up sixty migrating elephants between Piccadilly and Buckingham Palace in London's Green Park. CoExistance aims to showcase mutually beneficial modes of living between the world human population and the wilderness. By bringing elephants into urban spaces, the project generates awareness of environmental crises. It is also on a mission to raise funds for grassroots organizations throughout India to promote Indigenous culture. Moreover, the organizations aim to establish technology and infrastructure that allows symbiotically living between humans and animals.
