This new service helps IKEA Family members browse and reserve gently used products online to pick up and purchase in-store. Environmentally minded consumers are choosing to purchase gently used items for the household because it is a more eco-friendly option that reduces the demand for new furniture production and helps to decrease the amount of waste going to landfills.
