Prodezi Long An JSC, in collaboration with Huong Viet Investment Consulting JSC, has commenced construction of Vietnam’s first eco-industrial park. Located in the province of Long An, this project marks a significant step toward sustainable industrial development in the Mekong Delta region.

An eco-industrial park is a community of businesses that come together to enhance their environmental, economic, and social performance. With a $195 million investment, the 400-hectare Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park aims to set new standards for environmentally responsible manufacturing by integrating renewable energy, advanced wastewater treatment, green-certified buildings, and biodiversity conservation. The park will utilize solar power and energy-efficient systems to reduce carbon emissions, while its wastewater treatment facilities will recycle water.

Strategically located near the LA Home eco-urban area and key transportation networks, including major expressways and national ring roads, the Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park offers businesses seamless access to airports, seaports, and urban amenities. The first phase is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2025, positioning the park as a leading hub for industries such as semiconductors, electronics, textiles, food and beverages, and logistics.
