Rejuvenated Retail Buildings
This Vietnamese Building Will Feature Lush Native Greenery

Design studio Sava has been contracted to rejuvenate a crusty old retail building and turn into a lush green structure, in a project that will see the creation of the new 'Thavi Cosmetic Showroom' in Vietnam's Vinh City.
As part of the project, Sava will take the three-story retail building and infuse it with abundant amounts of endemic plants and natural light. This rejuvenation will see the utilization of fiber-reinforced concrete planters. Elsewhere, a rooftop terrace will be installed that will feature plants and shrubs being grown in said concrete planters, with dining and cafe areas helping to add vibrance and a sense of occasion.
Construction work on the 'Thavi Cosmetic Showroom' is set to commence in late 2023, with this retail building poised to function as a fine example of architecture that is designed to co-exist with regional tropical climates.
