Danish Water-Conserving Showers

'Flow Loop,' the Danish appliance innovation company focused on sustainable advancements, has created the 'Eco Loop,' a showerhead system that conserves both water and energy. The Flow Loop is a loop system that collects used water from the shower and processes this water through several filtration systems. The filtration system prevents all particles from remaining in the water and ultrasonically removes bacteria before returning the water into the pipe stream.

The Eco Loop can be fitted into most existing bathroom systems as it can install externally and connect to existing water supplies and electrical sources. The Eco Loop is estimated to reduce water consumption by 85% and energy use by 75% when compared to a traditional showerhead and water filtration system. At this point in time, the Eco Loop complete system retails between $4,000 and $6,000 based on bathroom requirements.
