Adjustable Resource-Saving Sinks

The Conceptual Water-Saving Sink Preserves Space and Water

References: yankodesign

The conceptual Water-Saving Sink has been designed by Tsang Ching Pun as a space-conscious fixture for the kitchen that will enable users to adjust the functionality while also saving H2O.

Regular sinks have a static design, which the fixture seen here seeks to change with a partition in the middle that can be slid back and forth to adjust space constraints. This makes it ideal for washing dishes or produce and even offering additional area for drying items to save counter space, if desired.

The conceptual Water-Saving Sink is one of a growing number of shapeshifting solutions for the home that address the changing needs of consumers as living spaces in urban areas become more compact. The sink is the winner of the 2019 A' Design Award.
