Sustainable Space Fuels

CleanJoule introduces SpaceSAF™, a cutting-edge sustainable fuel that replaces traditional super-refined kerosene fuels like RP-1 and RP-2 in liquid rockets. Delivering over 4% higher energy density than petroleum-based alternatives, SpaceSAF allows for increased payload capacity while supporting greener space exploration.

From the same advanced base material, CleanJoule also offers Superior Sustainable Solid Rocket Fuel (SSRF) for existing solid rocket motors. SSRF outperforms traditional fuels with improved low-temperature viscosity and higher volumetric and gravimetric energy densities. Both fuels are free of aromatics, sulfur, and olefins, ensuring a cleaner, safer burn and reduced environmental impact.
