The product, which now sports the Carbonfree product certification for carbon neutrality, stands out as the first board game to receive the certification. The game's Product Carbon Footprint was calculated through a PAS-compliant Life Cycle Assessment and Confident Games worked with Carbonfund.org to neutralize the remaining emissions via verified third-party offset projects.

The game is mostly made from paper and cardboard from recycled and sustainable sources and the certification covers all six regional editions of the game that are sold across the US, UK and Europe.
