The 'Switchblade Flying Car,' developed by Samson Sky, has undergone five years of research and testing to ensure its use of eco-friendly materials. The company has focused on incorporating sustainable materials into the car’s production, aligning with modern environmental goals.

To achieve this, the car "will be constructed using thermoplastic carbon composites, which are recyclable, non-toxic, and have a lower environmental impact compared to traditional epoxy carbon fiber." Unlike "epoxy carbon fiber, which produces waste and is difficult to recycle, thermoplastic carbon fiber can be reused for non-structural parts, effectively reducing waste during the manufacturing process."

By prioritizing these eco-friendly materials, the Switchblade Flying Car offers a more sustainable transportation option. Its use of recyclable materials contributes to efforts aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the automotive industry.
