RECOUP, an organization dedicated to promoting sustainable packaging practices, has joined forces with the Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) to introduce the PECT Bring it Back Toolkit. This collaborative effort aims to empower both businesses and communities to embrace returnable packaging schemes as a means of fostering sustainability. The toolkit will serve as a comprehensive guide for businesses and communities, offering insights, strategies, and practical steps to implement and promote returnable packaging schemes.

The PECT Bring it Back Toolkit project is part of a broader initiative backed by the Bring It Back Fund established by Hubbub and Starbucks. This fund is committed to supporting innovative solutions for sustainable packaging within the food and beverage industry and has allocated resources to six strategic projects across the UK.
