PepsiCo Has Announced a New Packaging Goal

PepsiCo has announced a new packaging goal in a bid to help the brand further reduce the amount of waste it produces and provide for reusable solutions for consumers to appreciate.
The announcement comes as part of the PepsiCo Positive (pep+) business transformation plan and will double the brand's reusable models by 2030 from 10% to 20%. The initiative is reported by the brand to be part of its continued elimination of single-use plastic use and will reduce its use of virgin plastic by 50% per serving by 20230 with a net zero goal set for 2040.
The PepsiCo packaging goal will see a wider availability of SodaStream products on an International basis to encourage consumers to create their own drinks from home or the office.
