Solving global warming takes more than just trees

Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2024, scheduled from December 4-7 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre, will emphasize sustainability and innovation in the plastics industry. Organized by Tüyap Fair Group in partnership with PAGEV (Turkish Plastic Industry Research, Development and Education Foundation), the event will feature over 1,500 exhibitors and attract more than 70,000 visitors. This year, the fair will highlight bioplastics as a key theme, showcasing products such as bioplastic cups made from recycled coffee waste. The introduction of Hall 12A, dedicated to bioplastic technologies, will provide visitors with insights into the role of bioplastics in promoting a sustainable future.

The event will present a diverse range of products, including plastic machinery, machine equipment, molds, recycling technologies, raw materials, and chemicals. This comprehensive showcase aims to foster environmentally friendly solutions and drive the industry forward. Interactive spaces and quiz points will provide a unique experience for visitors. In Hall 12A, attendees can discover how coffee pulp is recycled into reusable products, gaining insight into the environmental benefits of bioplastics. Additionally, visitors can participate in quizzes at the fair's foyer, earning vouchers for coffee and sampling sustainable coffee cups in action. Plast Eurasia Istanbul 2024 aims to be a pivotal event for exploring sustainable innovations and shaping the future of the plastics industry.
