BioHarvest’s Botanical Synthesis platform will be key to scaling the production of these beneficial ingredients. The collaboration will focus on creating botanical sweeteners that replicate sugar’s taste without the aftertaste, allowing consumers to choose healthier options when shopping or eating out. This partnership promises to provide dynamic ingredient options, reducing land and water usage compared to traditional farming methods.
