The challenge is enormous

Brightseed announced that it has created a new dietary hemp fiber product titled 'Bio 01.' This is intended to be used as an ingredient for food and beverage products, augmenting them with fibers necessary to improve and maintain gut health. According to Brightseed, Bio 01 is the only dietary fiber on the market with two bioactive compounds targeting gut health.

In addition to launching this new fiber ingredient, Brightseed will unveil 'BioCrisp+,' developed in collaboration with Puris. The product will be shown at SupplySide West at the beginning of November. The BioCrisp+ is a first-to-market protein crisp that features the Bio 01 ingredient, making it not only a healthy plant-based crispy snack, but also an innovative gut health supplement.
