Shiru's Protein Marketplace Helps Companies Buy Sustainable Proteins

Shiru, the Californian food-tech company behind the OleoPro, created an industry-first protein platform powered by artificial intelligence to help companies find and buy sustainable proteins for product development.

Shiru has been using AI to identify high-value, scalable novel proteins for years, which led to the launch of OleoPro. Now, CPG companies and ingredient manufacturers are invited to explore a similar process. On the AI-powered protein discovery platform, users get a helping hand with finding the right protein formulation for new products in fields like personal care, food and materials.
