Mobile Food Recycling Systems

Organic recycler Denali and Ecoverse have collaborated on a new mobile de-packaging solution that's being posited as the first-ever system of its kind that will help to divert food waste from landfills. The system is reported to quickly handle large-scale amounts of food that isn't fit for consumption and diverting it from the landfill by removing it from packaging. The food waste is then ready to be transformed into compost, natural fertilizer, animal feed, renewable energy and more.

Chief Revenue Officer at Denali Eric Speiser spoke on the mobile de-packaging solution saying, "When it comes to unexpected disruptions or natural disasters resulting in unsalable food, it’s important to act quickly and efficiently. Our mobile de-packaging unit can be deployed within a day or less and can be up and running within an hour to process food waste into a clean organic stream that can be repurposed into usable products rather than filling landfills.”
