The Resynergi Modules are a new modular plastic recycling solution designed to transform discarded plastic into valuable pyrolysis oil. By utilizing Continuous Microwave Assisted Pyrolysis (CMAP) technology, the modules provide a cost-effective and scalable approach to tackling plastic waste, helping material recovery facilities and petrochemical companies integrate advanced recycling into their operations.

Unlike large recycling plants that require extensive infrastructure, these modules offer a faster and more localized solution. Their efficient design significantly reduces CO₂ emissions -- by up to 68% compared to traditional polymer production -- making them an environmentally responsible alternative. The system also integrates machine learning and AI-driven monitoring through Lummus Digital software, optimizing performance and sustainability.
