Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Designs Merchandise Using Old Uniforms

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) is working with ReFleece on a new merchandise line that uses materials sourced from the resort staff's used uniforms. The collection, comprising tote bags, throw blankets, zip pouches, pillows, stockings, and wine totes, aligns with the company's recent transformations in the name of sustainability. These changes include monitoring energy efficiency, waste reduction, and natural habitat conservation and restoration.

The new winter collection was made using cut-and-sew techniques, allowing ReFleece to prioritize “avoiding the environmental impact of high-energy recycle or re-dying."

“We are so excited to have found a purpose for our old uniforms as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our impact on the environment,” said Andrew Way, Jackson Hole’s chief marketing officer. “We can’t wait to share the new ReFleece products with all of our guests this winter.”
