Outdoor apparel and gear retailer Moosejaw has launched a new resale program that makes it easier than ever for consumers to go about buying and selling used products through the company's website, enabling them to obtain high-quality gear whilst actively contributing to the reduction of waste and pollution.

The 'ReTrail' resale program takes the form of a peer-to-peer marketplace wherein users are handed the initiative to list products along with photos, pricing and related information, with Moosejaw then verifying and approving content. When a sale order is received, the seller is given a pre-paid shipping label, allowing them to ship the product.

By removing the hassle of buying and selling used goods and giving users access to its own platform, Moosejaw has struck upon an innovative way to include customers in the mission of growing the circular economy in the outdoor apparel sector.
