GREENFILL3D, a Polish startup, has introduced an innovative product line for stretch ceilings, which are cost-effective and environmentally friendly ceiling systems. These ceilings utilize a film, typically PVC, stretched and fitted into aluminum rails, using significantly less material than traditional ceilings. The company’s offerings include components and tools specifically designed for these systems. One notable product is the C-Roller, a partially 3D printed tool that aids in making precise cuts in the ceiling fabric, essential for integrating lighting fixtures. Additionally, GREENFILL3D has developed 3D printed rings made from ECO material, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 98°C and certified with a UL94 V0 rating.

GREENFILL3D’s stretch ceiling solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of craftsmen and are available in low quantities, allowing for customization. The protective rings and other components are designed to be more rigid and non-flammable compared to conventional products. The C-Roller and other tools can be customized, offering a functional alternative to standard options. GREENFILL3D’s use of 3D printing technology not only enables sustainable production but also allows for rapid delivery of these customized solutions, often within a few hours.
