The BreaZea Was Created by Crafting Plastics and Office MMK

Crafting Plastics and Office MMK teamed up to create the BreaZea room divider. This innovative room divider is 3D-printed from bioplastic. The space divider is currently on show at Salone del Mobile.
The BreaZea doubles as a room divider and room refresher due to its scent-infused material. Boasting an organic shape, the 3D-printed divider was created using one of Crafting Plastics' Nuatan bioplastics, made from a blend of PLA and PHA biopolymer groups. BreaZea is part of a larger project that began in 2018, which lets people smell bioplastics. The goal is to bring a new identity to the material through smell rather than structure and shape. The team sought a pleasant fresh wood scent for people to associate with the material.
