Sustainable Goat Milk Packaging

Delamere Dairy is Relaunching its Products in Eco-Friendly Cartons

Delamere Dairy has announced it will be relaunching its goat milks in SIG combidome packaging in a bid to reduce its reliance on virgin materials.

The packaging consists of 75% paperboard that's achieved with renewable raw wood materials using trees harvested from FSC-certified forests. The packaging if 100% recyclable and suited for curbside pickup through national recycling programs in the UK. The initiative could help to spur more interest in sustainable packaging to keep brands agile in an ever-changing marketplace.

Marketing Director at Delamere Dairy Ed Salt spoke on the packaging update saying, "We’re always working hard to be innovative and more sustainable in everything from our farming techniques, through to our processing and packaging. Our goats’ milk will be packed on the first combidome line in the UK and we hope our customers will enjoy the benefits this pack format brings.”
