'Up Paint' is a Michigan-based startup founded by Dustin Martin to address the issues of paint waste in the United States. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), roughly 10% of the 750 million gallons of paint sold annually in the USA are wasted. Up Paint works by collecting unused paint from consumers and businesses and repurposing this paint into one of its products.

Up Paint uses 'EverGood Upcycle Paint Technology' to recondition old paint and make it nearly indistinguishable from fresh paint. The process is also low-emissions meaning Up Paint products have a strong carbon-negative effect. This upcycled paint is then used to make each of Up Paint's 18 colors that include multiple shades of gray as well as more vibrant reds and blues.

Currently, each of Up Paint's 18 color options are available on the brand's website for $19.99 per quart.
